This is an old wine producing estate that dates back to eighteenth-century set in grounds covering 4-hectares in an unspoiled, natural setting in the heart of the Languedoc region.
Les Charmes de Bailly offer you a luxury guest room for your own pleasure with private pool, sauna, jacuzzi as well as a reception hall to organise your events : weddings, baptisms, birthdays, cocktail parties, seminars.
Here, you will find an incomparable destination dedicated to relaxation and wellbeing, both in the guest room and in the landscaped grounds with an infinity pool (10 x 15 m) and jacuzzi. The many paths that border the area and lead to the Canal du Midi will lead you to fabulous walks or bicycle rides (at your disposal free of charge).

The careers and expertise of Nathalie and Jacques-Yves Recco are behind the authentic approach of the Domaine de Bailly: authenticity, which is reflected in the personal welcome extended to you, a particularly pleasant architectural and environmental setting, all of which creates an atmosphere conducive to relaxation and wellbeing.
Jacques-Yves was at the head of a wholesale business company ; he was able to reinvent himself over the last years to satisfy his passion for renovation works. In the meantime, he looks after the 10-acre park.
Nathalie worked for many years in the mid-range and high-end hotel trade as a maître d’hôtel as well as an assistant director ; she also taught herself accounting. Quite comfortable with the English language, welcoming and sharing are her main assets.
